After over 65 years as a trusted provider of rolling solutions, our client’s rebrand to Richmond Rolling Solutions meant they needed a new, elevated website to match their new name.
The Challenge
Formally known as Richmond Wheels and Castors, the Australian, family-owned and operated company felt the time was right to revitalise their business. Along with changing its name, Richmond Rolling Solutions’s ecommerce platform required functional updates to ensure they could continue providing top-quality services and product offerings.
As an industry leader, it was a priority to develop a streamlined discovery page that clearly conveyed Richmond Rolling Solution’s wide range of products. Moreover, with servicing being a huge drawcard for business, it was important to translate their complimentary quotes into an easily accessible, digital experience.
